A Little Bit About Being an Entrepreneur
1: How long have you been in business?
Since September 2019.
2: What made you decide to break away from the 9-5 and start your business?
I worked in the spa industry for 15+ years, at multiple different spas. You learn what you like vs what you don’t and what you would do differently! It was something I had always wanted to do but never had the courage, until one day it all just clicked. Why work for someone else doing what I love when I can create it myself!
3: What do you love most about being an entrepreneur?
Being able to express my creativity and ideas through my business.
4: What is the hardest thing you have had to overcome as an entrepreneur? Something you did not foresee when you decided to start your business?
COVID!!!!!
5: What is one thing about working in your industry that people would be surprised to learn?
It’s not as pretty behind the scenes – lol. The amount of cleaning, set up, laundry etc that goes into everyday is so much more than most would imagine.

Everyone is on social media now! It is an easy, free, and effective way to promote yourself!
8: How has social media impacted your business? Would you say that it’s an effective marketing tool?
Social Media has been an incredible tool for us! We have gained an outstanding amount of clients through social media from Kingston – Belleville.
9: What advice would you give to other businesses and entrepreneurs who want to use social media as a way to connect with customers?
Engage with others, be real, don’t be afraid to show your face!
