I’ve spent my entire adult life building businesses. I started my first company at 20—a social media and digital marketing agency that I ran for 12 years. I managed employees, juggled interns, and helped brands build their digital footprints.

But in 2020, I moved to BC and got sick of the screen before the end of 2022.

I needed to make something real. So, I started baking bread at home. It blew up. Fast.

I made the kind of decision that terrifies most people: I fired all my agency clients and went all-in on the dough.

In 2024, I opened my first retail bakery. Seven months later, I moved the entire operation to a new location. We were closed for two weeks.

In that 14-day window, I physically moved a commercial kitchen, handled the renovations, navigated the municipal permits, and transitioned the business structure from an LLP to a Corporation.

Today, I have a business partner and four staff members. I still do 80% of the baking, but I also handle 100% of the "business"—the admin, the marketing, the licenses, the budgeting, and the compliance.
